Common questions
Do drivers need to pay at the charger?
No. They tap the vehicle’s RFID card and the session goes on the company’s account.
Can we see costs for each vehicle?
Yes. Each invoice lists sessions grouped by card, and you can export the data.
What happens if an invoice is overdue?
The account is paused for new charges until it’s paid. A charge already running is never cut off.
Can our cards be used at other stations?
Fleet cards work on any charger in the same CMS Nepal network, unless a station is restricted.
