Built for how charging runs in Nepal

Chargers sit at hotels and malls, someone collects payment at the counter, and the NEA bill decides whether a station makes money. CMS Nepal handles all of it.

Hosts and revenue sharing

Set a deal with each hotel, mall or landowner: a share of revenue, a share after electricity cost, or a fixed fee. Monthly statements are worked out for you, and hosts sign in to see only their own payouts.

Electricity cost vs. energy sold

Enter each station’s NEA bill and see what you lost between the meter and the chargers, your cost per kWh and your margin. Losses above your limit are flagged.

Fleet accounts on credit

Give a company RFID cards for its vehicles, a credit limit, and one invoice weekly, every 15 days or monthly. Overdue accounts are paused until they pay.

A station screen for attendants

From a phone at the site, staff start, pause and stop charging, take cash or QR payment and print the receipt. The screen refreshes every two seconds.

Billing, the Nepali way

Session ends. Invoice issued. Payment in.

No spreadsheets at the counter and no VAT maths by hand. Every session turns into a bill, a receipt and a payment your customers already know how to make.

  1. Session ends

Energy and time are recorded straight from the charger.

  2. Tariff applied

Per kWh with peak-hour rates, plus any session fee or service charge, by station, connector or customer group.

  3. VAT invoice issued

IRD-compliant, with 13% VAT, printed at the counter or emailed to the customer.

  4. Paid

From the driver’s wallet, topped up through eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay, or at the counter in cash or QR.
