Common questions
Which chargers does it work with?
Any charger that speaks OCPP 1.6J, 2.0.1 or 2.1, and you can mix versions in one network. Send us your charger make and model and we'll confirm it before you roll out.
What is OCPI roaming, and do I need it?
OCPI connects your network with other charging networks and service providers, so their drivers can find, use and pay for your chargers. Talk to us about the networks you want to connect with.
Our chargers are at a hotel. Can the owner see their share?
Yes. Set the hotel up as a host with its revenue-share deal. Each month a statement is prepared, and the hotel can sign in to see only its own payouts.
Can I see whether a station is losing money on electricity?
Yes. Enter the station’s NEA bill and CMS Nepal compares it with the energy you sold, showing losses, cost per kWh and margin.
Are the invoices accepted for VAT?
Yes. Invoices are IRD-compliant with 13% VAT, and can be printed at the counter or emailed to the customer.
Which payment methods are supported?
Drivers top up their wallets through eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay, using your own merchant keys. At the counter, staff can take cash or QR.
Do I need to install software?
No. It runs in the browser; you only need to point your chargers at the platform.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You define tariffs for your own sites and chargers.
How much does it cost?
A yearly fee per connected charger: NPR 15,000 for 1–3 chargers and NPR 12,000 for 4–50. Networks above 50 chargers get a custom quote.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Terms are agreed during onboarding. Ask us when you request a demo.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Your data is yours and is only visible to the users you authorise. Ask us for details on hosting and backups.
Can drivers use it too?
Yes. Drivers start a charge from a QR page on their phone or with an RFID card, and pay from a wallet they top up through eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay.
