Common questions
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the charger and use the page in their browser, or your staff start the charge for them. A driver app is coming soon.
Can guests pay at reception?
Yes. Staff record a cash or QR payment against the bill and print the receipt straight away.
Can we charge guests less than the public?
Yes. Add guest mobile numbers to a group and give the group a discount or a different tariff on your chargers.
An operator runs the chargers at our property. Can we see our earnings?
Yes, if the operator uses CMS Nepal. Your deal is recorded once, each month’s statement is prepared automatically, and you can sign in to see your own payouts.
